Directions to Mereside Farm

We are situated 1/2 mile south-east of Ellesmere town centre (south of The Mere (Lake)) on the A495/A528.
Approaching Ellesmere from Shrewsbury or Whitchurch we are the first entrance on the left hand side after the Ellesmere sign.
Approaching from Oswestry or Wrexham go through Ellesmere (signed to Shrewsbury or Whitchurch), past The Mere (lake - on your left). After the right hand bend we are 100 metres further on on the right hand side (immediately after small lane to the right).
The entrance into our farm yard is opposite the Moors Car Park.
Sandy Lane (in front of the farmhouse) is ideal for guests staying in the Farmhouse who are being dropped off or collected. There is no car access to Mereside Farm from this lane and turning is difficult.
Please do not confuse Ellesmere, Shropshire with Ellesmere Port (2 hrs away).
Re SAT NAV, Multimap etc, using our postcode you may be directed to a Car Park in the fields ½ mile away or the Tourist Information Centre! Mereside Farm on these maps is where Sandy Lane joins the Shrewsbury Road (A495/A528).
